Complaints Process

Rydym yn dilyn proses hawdd i’w deall i sicrhau tryloywder. Byddwn yn cynnal ymchwiliad llawn gan gynnwys adolygu nodiadau achos, recordiadau ffôn a delweddau o Gamera Corff.

We follow a straightforward complaint handling process to ensure transparency. We will conduct a full investigation, including reviewing case notes, telephone recordings, and Body Worn Video footage.

Acknowledgement

Byddwn yn cadarnhau pob cwyn o fewn 2 ddiwrnod gwaith, drwy e-bost lle bo’n bosibl.

We will acknowledge all written complaints within 2 working days of receipt, via email where possible.

Informal Resolution

Bydd rheolwr yn adolygu’r achos a delweddau perthnasol ac yn ymateb trwy’r Tîm Gwasanaethau Cwsmeriaid.

A manager will review the case and relevant recordings, responding via our Customer Service team.

Formal Resolution

Os nad yw’r cam cyntaf yn ddigonol, gofynnwch i esgyn y gŵyn o fewn 10 diwrnod gwaith.

If not resolved informally, please request escalation within 10 working days of the response.

Gallwch gysylltu â Bwrdd Ymddygiad Gorfodi (ECB) os yw’ch cwyn yn ymwneud ag achos ar ôl 1 Ionawr 2025.

You can contact the Enforcement Conduct Board (ECB) if your complaint relates to events after 1 January 2025.
